01 · Brief

Making thousands of small parts findable.

Sontek Hırdavat sells furniture hardware (handles, drawer runners, castors, hinges), door handles, locks, screws, plugs and hand tools. Its buyers are furniture makers, renovation fitters and DIY customers.

The need

Hardware catalogs are large and many items look alike. A fitter has to find the part in the right size and enter a quantity, and the company has to see the request quickly.

Goal

Sort thousands of products into 12 main and 71 sub-categories, publish a catalog for each category and get quotes to the company by the shortest route.

Approach

Page titles and descriptions written for hardware searches, on top of the shared core of the EDNA B2B infrastructure. The quote basket turns into a WhatsApp message.

Solution

A quote basket grouped by category and sent to WhatsApp as a ready message, 12 category catalogs, product preview without leaving the list, account-free favourites and a quick quote form on the home page.
