Promosyon Reklam Merkezi (PRM) — the platform we designed combines a multi-category product catalog, dynamic price tracking, multi-variant management and B2B quote flow under a single corporate experience. At Edna Dynamics we built both the design and infrastructure from scratch.

01 — Brief

Bringing thousands of products under a single corporate storefront.

PRM is a 20+ year promotional supplier. Their existing systems were fragmented, product discoverability was low and the B2B quote process ran over email. The goal: one unified corporate interface.

Problem definition

The client's existing system consisted of separate catalog PDFs, manual quote tracking and a legacy showcase site. Stock data was not real-time, the mobile experience was missing and brand consistency had been lost.

Goal
Bring 3,500+ products across 11 main categories together in a filterable, fast and on-brand marketplace.
Approach
Modular design system + flexible product catalog. A block structure where each screen stands on its own yet speaks a consistent grammar.
Solution
9 desktop + 8 mobile screens. Price history graph, multi-variant selection, B2B quote basket and digital catalogs in a single platform.
Outcome
In the first 3 months quote conversion grew +42% and average session duration rose 2.1× — the site moved to Google’s first page in the promotional category.
