01 · Brief

Finding the right device by application.

Since 1979 Laborildam has supplied devices and equipment to biomedical and life science laboratories, with installation, periodic calibration and technical service. From offices in Ankara and Istanbul it represents 32 brands in Türkiye.

The need

Lab managers often search by the job a device does, such as IVF, biobanking or microbiology, rather than by brand or model. They needed to see similar devices side by side and send quote and service requests separately.

Goal
Make devices findable by application, sector and technical condition, and bring comparison, quotes and service requests onto one site.
Approach
A device finder, comparison and brand pages designed for the lab sector, on top of the shared core of the EDNA B2B infrastructure; the English site is generated from the same catalog.
Solution
A device finder driven by application and sector, comparison of up to four devices, a quote drawer grouped by brand, a service request form for faults, maintenance and calibration, and 12 application and 6 sector pages.
Outcome
Running on the preview address laborildam.ednadynamics.com; the move to the company’s own domain is pending.

Visitors pick an application, sector and technical condition to reach the device groups that fit their work.

Up to four devices can be selected on a category page and compared side by side.

Added devices are grouped by brand; the list can be printed and turned into a quote form in one step.

Price quotes and fault, maintenance and calibration requests reach the company through separate forms.

Product, category and company pages are published in English at their own addresses.
