Making delivered projects visible.

Köktürk Yapı builds housing, commercial buildings, renovations and turnkey contracts in Çaycuma. The site’s job is to show a home buyer or a client what the firm does and what it has delivered, in as few steps as possible.

The need

Home buyers want unit types, floor areas and real photos of the building; clients look at which jobs the firm takes on. Both needed to find their answers on the same site without one crowding out the other.

Goal

A corporate site that presents projects with unit types, floor areas and photo galleries, and gathers the four areas of work on one page.

Approach

One template for project pages: key facts, unit types and a full-screen gallery. A new project is added to it as a single record.

Solution

Areas of work, projects, about, careers, FAQ, partners and contact pages. The two project pages open 73 photos in a full-screen gallery.

Outcome

Live at kokturkyapi.com, with local business structured data, an automatic sitemap and Google Analytics 4 in place.
