01 · Brief

Tying work without list prices to a quote.

Since 2015 Inprint has produced business cards, letterheads, brochures, labels, invitations, posters, boxes and signs with offset and digital printing. Prices are quoted by quantity, paper, size and finish.

The need

In printing the price depends on the options; a buyer cannot get an accurate quote without stating paper, weight and finish. The company needed to price requests without going back to ask for missing details.

Goal

Present print work by category and catalog and take quote requests together with their options.

Approach

A quote flow shaped for printing, on top of the shared core of the EDNA B2B infrastructure: weight, finish and print orientation are chosen on the product page before asking for a price.

Solution

A home page quote form by service, a contact form asking for budget range and reply channel, 13 category catalogs, a guide to the most-printed jobs by sector and a searchable FAQ.

A B2B site for an offset and digital print shop that presents its work by category and catalog and prices by quantity, paper and finish through quotes.

Weight, finish and print orientation are selected on the product page and sent with the quote request.

Visitors pick a service, add quantity and notes and ask for a price without leaving the home page; the request is recorded.
