Duru Bag has been Turkey's leading canvas-bag manufacturer since 2002 — serving 50+ major brands including Akbank, Garanti, Sabancı, Koç, Turkcell and Samsung, exporting to 6+ countries, and producing 100% domestically. Its tagline is clear: "Carrying Nature's Burden." The goal: move the B2B flow — fragmented across separate catalogs, email threads and phone quotes — into a single corporate interface.

235+ product models scattered across 21 different categories (Bez · Kanvas · Gabardine · Vital · Imperteks · Seed-embedded · PVC · …); ahead of every event, rush-delivery requests were handled over WhatsApp + email threads. Color choice, GSM, print technique, logo placement and quantity tiers never lived in the same flow — and the manufacturer’s differentiating products like the patented Seed-Embedded Canvas Bag were not getting the visibility they deserved..
First we researched, then we drew.
We dove deep into the B2B promotional-bag market: competitor catalog structures, mobile-experience gaps, search behavior, the price-demand flow and the canvas-bag sustainability context. Design decisions were tied to the audit and persona outputs fed by this research.

While translating Duru’s brand identity (Carrying Nature’s Burden) into the digital interface, we built the entire UI system from scratch — from the color-token palette to the typographic scale, from buttons to filters. Each component is versioned as both a Tailwind theme and a React component.
Typography
Montserrat was chosen for readability and a modern look. A clear typographic hierarchy increases clarity, directs attention and supports fast decisions.

We turned Duru's manual email-thread quote process into a single-screen self-service configurator. 8 parameters + KVKK + WhatsApp share, in one flow. Mobile-first decisions, blocking warnings under 1,000 units, color-swatch verification for screen calibration.

We designed 8 custom SEO landing pages for Duru + static-prerendered them with Next.js 16 RSC. Each landing carries its own segment narrative (promotional · production · patent · corporate); on the shared foundation, a new segment landing can be composed quickly.
