01 · Brief

Keeping the catalog current, speeding up quotes.

Arya Promosyon supplies companies with logo-printed pens, planners, tech items, flasks and textiles from Yenimahalle, Ankara. Sales run on quotes.

The need

A promotional buyer is reluctant to ask for a quote without knowing what is in stock and roughly what it costs. The company also had to prepare quotes, send them to customers and follow the replies.

Goal

Publish the catalog with live stock and list prices, send quotes to customers by link and see their answer in the panel.

Approach

An Arya design layer on top of the shared core of the EDNA B2B infrastructure. Live pricing, catalog and quote modules come from the core.

Solution

9 category catalogs with stock and list price, a category showcase slider, keyboard-shortcut search and a quote flow the customer answers from a link.

Outcome

Live at aryapromosyon.com with 2,333 products and 46 category pages.

A B2B catalog site for a promotional products company in Ankara that shows the catalog with live stock and list prices and sends quotes for approval by link.

Category catalogs show current stock and list price for each product; each catalog also downloads as PDF.

The home page slider introduces each category with its product count and starting price and links straight to it.

Quote approval by link

The company sends a quote prepared in the panel as a link and the customer replies there; expired quotes close every night.

Ctrl or ⌘ plus K opens product search from any page.

Messages can carry company name, budget range and preferred channel; opening hours, WhatsApp and directions sit on the same page.
